Notes: Slept till 745a and wasn't up late. Did qigong and yoga (has been too long!) and then made coffee, online a bit and created an audio file with background music for Jo. Peeled & cut carrots, prepped broccoli for steaming and marinated salmon. Ate around 2p, long day. Went outside just once to take garbage out and no desire to be in heat (as you can see from the local weather, heat indexes between 100-110) - ridiculous! A bit irritable and fed-up feeling today. Started watching a new show on Spectrum, Joe Pickett. Not great but watched several thru the evening.
