The drinking water got tested today. It has been years since the last time it was tested - and things have moved on. The samples will all go to Scottish Water for analysis. The joys of being deemed a ”regulated supply “.

Owen arrives mid afternoon to tinker with the bike. I continue in the tunnel - irrigation, plant support, brassica protection.

Angus has been working in Aberdeen today. He calls me on the way back, because he discovered that the guy he’s working for once spent time volunteering at Acme. Geoff even baby sat Angus.

I leave Nick, Owen, and Angus sitting outside smoking and drinking. There will probably be hangovers tomorrow.
