Poppy

A lovely poppy self seeded in the flowerbed.

I had a good night sleep and have felt OK today.  Not great but not awful either.  School phoned at 10:30 to say Ivy had a tummy ache and had she been OK before school, which she had.  They suggested giving it half an hour to see how she was.  They called again at 11 and said she still had a tummy ache so I went to collect her.  She was fine once she got home so I think it was probably a worry/anxiety tummy, she enjoyed an afternoon at home playing quietly and is fine so I think perhaps she just needed a bit of time at home. 

I'm on antibiotics. I had a lump appear under my arm on the cancer side and had a panic it was another lumph node so the consultant rushed me for an ultrasound and thankfully it is a cyst just under the skin so I have antibiotics to clear it up.  My consultant is well liked in the hospital and persuaded them to scan it yesterday so I has my mind put to rest.  He is such a lovely doctor.  Hopefully it will go soon.
