Got up early as had an early consultant appointment. Diagnosis was confirmed as expected and we agreed no medication but to try and manage with dietary changes and exercise. Had a quick browse in the city centre on the way home and saw the old clock which had been relocated since i lived here in the 90s
Got home and decided to do some inside admin, including hanging my new painting, before i went to the GP to check out a wart type thing on my leg. Not big enough to have it removed on nhs so will go and have it done privately.
