Heddiw oedd diwrnod haf fel fy mod i'n cofio o fy mhlentyndod. Roedd e'n hir a diamser ar yr un pryd.

Dechreuodd y diwrnod gyda danfoniad y pethau o IKEA a nawr mae'r tŷ yn llawn o focsys, plastig ac enghreifftiau o iaith Swedeg wyrgam. Beth yw 'Kallax' yn Gymraeg?

Yfory rydyn  ni'n mynd i adeiladu popeth, ond heddiw aethon ni i ymweld â Richard, Steph a'u plant. Treuliais i amser yn yr ardd gyda Sam. Roedd e'n cymryd hadau o'r hen flodau ac yn eu taflu nhw dros y ddol fach yn yr ardd. Mae'n hoffi popeth am natur a mwynheuon ni gwylio'r gwenyn a gloÿnnod byw.

Cawson ni pryd o fwyd o 'Noodlebox' gyda'r nos ac yn sgwrsio tan roedd amser i fynd adre - hyd yn oed dyddiau hir yr haf yn dod i ben.

Today was a summer day as I remember from my childhood. It was long and timeless at the same time.

The day started with the delivery of the things from IKEA and now the house is full of boxes, plastic and examples of distorted Swedish language. What is 'Kallax' in Welsh?

Tomorrow we are going to build everything, but today we went to visit Richard, Steph and their children. I spent time in the garden with Sam. He took seeds from the old flowers and threw them over the little doll in the garden. He likes everything about nature and we enjoyed watching the bees and butterflies.

We had a meal from 'Noodlebox' in the evening and talked until it was time to go home - even the long summer days came to an end.
