Still in the fast lane and blipping late. 
We went to Bantry last night to see a talk by Donal Ryan as part of the Literary Festival. It was packed and he was a most engaging speaker and if you've not read any of his books I highly recommend them - all with a small town, Irish theme, the characters minutely and sympathetically dissected. 

This the public convenience in Bantry and it's recently had a witty makeover - the back view is lyrical while the front has all sorts of references to the many joys of Bantry!
