Hot work

It's been a couple of weeks since my last session with the personal trainer so I found it a particularly hard hour's exercise this afternoon. The gym shares its premises with a jewellery making workshop, a drumming school and a private ambulance company. Slightly odd combination and I don't know what Furnace refers to. It certainly felt like I was exercising in a furnace despite the windows being open and two fans being on. Plenty of water and an orange Calippo afterwards led to my red face returning to its normal shade pretty quickly. I'm back for a second session on Thursday evening and hoping  I won't be puffing quite so.much.
