Homeward bound today but time in the morning to visit the Church of Sao Francisco right next to the hotel.

The main church is incredible! In the early 18th century the old stone church was decorated with gilded & painted wood - amazing! No photos allowed (although it didn’t stop many!) but I will remember it anyway. Museum & catacombs in the next building.

Airport, transfer & delay in Paris, around an hour for bags in Edinburgh, home 11:30pm.

What an amazing holiday - the Azores (quiet, remote, stunning) & Porto (vibrant, historical, beautiful).
