Chanterelles

A neighbour stopped his car to ask my husband if he would be gathering the chanterelles from our wood. Foloh informed him that there was no way he would be eating them!  When we lived in Blantyre I collected mushrooms while walking with the pram through the park and in Maryburgh I went foraging with my parents and the children for chanterelles in the Brahan woods.  Foloh never ate any unless they were from a shop!Here we have our own supply.  I picked a few for myself!
