Learn To Survive

I spotted the young green heron disappearing behind fallen trees in the inlet. I tracked him for a while and, with a bit of repositioning, managed a shot or two of him catching fish. It's the first time I saw him being successful in his endeavours, so I feel he must be learning how to survive.

I must say the new Denoise feature in LR does a great job of cleaning up files. Given how shady this area is I'm impressed by how the image came out.
