Taking Orders

A lazy day mainly relaxing at home. Popped out for a walk along the canal. As usual I spent half my time admiring the views across the city and the wildlife and the other half leaping out of the way of cyclists! - the path is part of the National Cycle Network.

The water itself is well used by rowers and for canoeing and kayaking. It's only just wide enough for rowing so requires some precision rowing to avoid collisions! These female rowers were being coached by a man riding along the canal path shouting instructions to them!
