Cycle berries.

Mr G and I had a cycle out to a new local farm shop not far from home. We bought a punnet of Ava strawberries as Ava berries are our favourites. We had a chat to the farm dog and to all the very free range chickens then headed off to the beach.
The strawberries were very heavy to carry, so to help with this problem we ate some whilst sitting at beach before heading home.

I made a Wimbledon cake with the remaining berries but the cake didn't rise very well. Never mind still tasted good, especially the berries and thick cream.
