No bovver to hover!

Really thrilled to get this ..... slightly fuzzy ..... photo of the Hummingbird Hawk-moth visiting the garden!

I spent quite a while chasing it round the Buddleia ..... as fast as I managed to get it in focus it darted off to a different flower!

Perseverance finally paid off ..... yay!

After all that effort it just had to be my blip!

Extra is a young Blackbird fledgling that accompanied Mr Blackbird into the garden. We seem to have three different Blackbird pairs/families visiting :-)

After another night of rain we finally had sunshine for most of the morning ..... however this afternoon it has clouded over & been raining again.
