Reg. Number

People in UK pay a lot of money for personalised registration plates.  The way the Spanish system works the first three letters of my surname are all over the place at the moment - there will be 9999 of them!  Must buy a car, it seems.  1960 MCF would be good to reflect my birth year as well!
