Well that didn’t go to plan…… no exchange for the third time of asking, talk about stress!

My buyers solicitors have fessed up today, they’ve only gone & missed off applying for one of the three local searches, how does that happen!!! Likely 1-2 weeks before their returned.

My Solicitor isn’t overly optimistic about my chances of yet another extension to my reservation order with my developer….. just have to wait for word from him as to our next steps :-/

To take my mind off things and get me away from packing boxes, I did a bit of furniture shopping, well viewing, not buying just yet, but think I might have found my sofa :-)
