Eye, eye......

This afternoon we had a lovely BBQ  at wet yeti's house. I took over some gorgeous Rainier cherries from M&S, which led to an interesting discussion with my beautiful Sadie.

Sadie:    Susan, do all cherries have stones in them?
Me:    Yes, they do.
Sadie:   You're wrong, you know.
Me:    No, I'm not. All cherries have stones.
Sadie:   Well what about the pitted ones you get in cans?  They don't!

There's no point in  arguing with a six year old - they're just too clever.....
