Final dinner

R and family are leaving early tomorrow morning.  

R took the boys to the John F Kennedy Arboretum, where they had a lovely walk around.  Meanwhile, we did some shopping, before meeting them in Wexford to return the hire car.

This evening, R cooked a lovely creamy salmon dish, though neither boy ate their salmon, just the potatoes and veg!
