Exped day1

There were nerves, some tears and lots of excitement.... all to be expected, but I had a secret weapon (see extra, you're probably not surprised).
Lovely to get to spend the day with K, a wonderful local instructor who has a sadly familiar story to my own, I find her inspirational, funny and caring - a great combo. I've known her and her partner a while, great to finally work together. 

These are some very physically fit kids, so we encouraged them to pause, ponder and enjoy, the last few years have taken a toll on the younger generation that we're only just beginning to understand.
Missy, Me & K spent a good while watching from afar, happy to hear laughter, happier to know exactly where at least our team were....
