Ice cream

Some of life’s joys never seem to change. Children (or a husband) and ice cream is always a good mix. Today we stopped for lunch in Seaham and found a retro ice cream cafe that didn’t disappoint. The servings were enormous. I suspect it is one of our few ice cream journeys where those ordering one scoop ended up more pleased with their selection than those that ordered two!
We have made it to Scotland, and are staying near the water. I am looking forward to a bit more exploring tomorrow.
