Pretty To Look At, But Don't Touch It!

For Flower Friday, I went out looking for wildflowers, but not expecting to find much because of the mowers and the heat, so I was delighted when I found these Buffalo Bur Nightshades!  They are very photogenic, with their bright yellow color and their prickly parts, but they are not welcome everywhere because they can be toxic if ingested.  Since I don't plan to eat them or handle them, I am happy to show them to you.  I am also fond of photographing their cousins, the Silverleaf Nightshades that have purple petals and less prickly parts with the same yellow in the centers.  Thanks to Biker Bear for hosting.....
