B. Bumble and the Stingers

Starting to get back to normal now; I only had a brief snooze this afternoon.  I had to resort to a garden blip again but the bees on the white lavender came to the rescue.  As always, they are difficult to photograph as they don't hang around in one place for long, but this one was walking along the ground and, I have to say, not looking as well as the others.  He was still visiting the flowers on the ground but seemed sluggish and not really wanting to fly.  Hopefully he was OK, unlike the one which has been a rather gruesome lunch for a spider perched just next to the window where we eat our breakfast.
