Sunshine

.. and rain showers all day. AND huge amounts of wind knocking branches and leaves from trees. A proper blustery day. 
Our friends had a good day at the airshow.. much better weather than they could have hoped for after the washout that was Friday. 
We had a quiet day at home and the grass was cut which was a huge improvement. 
We had a dinner out to get to and little Jasper had made herself scarce.. ie out huntin' when we needed to go .. never having done anything so radical as leave her locked out of the house our daughter reassured us that she would be fine and just to close the doors if she hadn't come in and not to leave any food outside for her. .. We went and I was delighted that she was on the doorstep waiting when we got back.. and true enough she came scampering in and went straight to her bowl.  Good. 
The extras image was taken on the way out to dinner.. a massive rainstorm just over the hill threw up two rainbows.. lovely! (we didn't get wet)
