pearly crescent

uploaded today because I thought I ruined my cherry garcia brownies ( and  i had not actually)  so I made nutella brownies also just in case which was time consuming and done in the 1.5 hour timeframe between going taking these photos and killing  more beetles  and going to a friends house for dinner. Which was why I made the brownies. Turns out both were fine but we got home at 1130 PM and I completely forgot to download till tonight.  So I guess I am posting 2 days at a time.anyway it is a cute little butterfly that likes fields meadows and open spots. I guess the yard qualifies since it is pretty much a mowed meadow:)
