R called round this afternoon to drop off a parcel. We have bought a carpet cleaner to share. We get the first turn to do the kitchen mats.

We discussed a number of things and made plans for next weekend. Fingers crossed that it’s not raining. I managed to get her to take a few items away that we don’t need and which I think need to stay in the family.

This pic was taken as she was leaving, not arriving. I bought the flowers for a friend who has recently had surgery, but she is away for the weekend. I’ve given them to R and will buy more when I know she is back home. 

It will be a tennis afternoon on the tele, so need to focus!
