Dog

At the beach. I waited until later to walk him, as the wind was so fierce this morning. 

Liam left around 12 and I didn’t do much, I had a headache that wouldn’t shift. Dragged myself to meet Anne for coffee and realised two things. 1. There is always someone who is having family dramas and struggling to cope with the overwhelming ‘I don’t have the mental energy any more for these’. 2. There’s no easy fix! She lost her husband four years ago! 

We’ve had our own dramas today at James’. I don’t know how to help anymore.
