Guarded

The deer certainly was and stood stock still eyeing me with suspicion. Only later I noticed the wire cage beside, guarding newly planted trees from the devastation the deer can cause.

I had been photographing bees, again, and because of the dim light had a high iso dialled in. Fortunately it remained still and I managed this second shot with better settings before the deer departed.
