Tented Bridge

It's good to see ships in the Swan Island dry docks as it means income for the Port of Portland, but it is alarming too, it's pollution, climate change, and over-population staring you in the face. This huge container ship is getting repainted; its bridge is shrouded to keep paint chips, etc. contained; imagine working inside that plastic tent for weeks at a time.
