Pink

This wall had the old pointing removed a few days ago, and then was repointed. As far as I can tell it's conventional lime and sand pointing as it should be, but for some reason it's pink which is highly unusual in Saint-Malo. There are are a few places with pink pointing and this is another one.. I took a picture of it today on my way to lunch as it's quite unusual. Interestingly the street is names the street of the red doors though...
