Red Admiral …

… plus Purple Coneflower, on Union Street, passed on our late afternoon round-the-block walk together.

Marylee was ahead of me, spotted the butterfly,, and waited for me to catch up. It was very cooperative, flitting from flower to flower as long as we cared to stay—it might have been as long as fifteen minutes,. What a lovely opportunity !!!

On TV tonight we were watching an episode of the program Echappee Belle on the large Greek island of Crete. It was very interesting and enjoyable :)
