No Idea! (TT425)

Sadly - no idea what this is - but it is just outside our kitchen door so a good subject when heavy showers are passing through!

The buds/flowers/pods/fruits are around 7mm diameter.

I've just been watching the Tour de France highlights - looks like Jonas Vingegaard has a vice like grip on the yellow jersey after todays time trial.  Just a 'simple' race against the clock, no 'tactics', no looking at your opponents for signs of weakness, just get to the finish line in the shortest time you can. 
Clearly having a good day when his main rival (Tadej Pogacar) was not,  but he just looked like a man on a mission going down the start ramp and then settled into a super efficient section before going up the climbs at the end like a steam train.   Pogacar had the grace to congratulate him when they had both finished.
