I met my lovely friend Christina for lunch in the local deli today as a post-birthday (hers) celebration and catch-up.

We both chose the Hoots Mon panini from the menu, the filling of which was haggis, mozzarella and chilli sauce. How cosmopolitan can you get?!

For some reason Christina was being coy about having her photo taken - that's not like her at all! - and covered her face with her hands for several seconds while I kept the camera pointed at her. Luckily, as I was thinking I'd just snap her like that, she opened her hands in the same split second that I clicked!
