The forecast was for rain and sure enough, there's been the odd light shower, but nothing to complain about. The afternoon has been much brighter than expected.

I had my monthly therapeutic and enjoyable massage from Rhona, who has just acquired an 8-week-old puppy. Poco is an adorable black cockapoo with little wisps of white on her chest, chin and paws. I tried to get a blip, but they were all blurry. There'll be other opportunities when she's a bit less hyper...

On my way home from Tesco I stopped to catch this view from Stockiemuir towards Ben Lomond. Go large to see the cyclist with an uphill struggle in front of him.
