Gift from her garden

Flowers from a friend who joined me today.... for yoga on the beach   (conveniently opposite where I live!) then a sea dip, coffee, sauna, dip, lunch.
Yoga was amazing by the sea listening to the waves. The sea was very lively so just quick dips and we loved the visiting sauna as well as cinnamon tea included! A long chatty lunch at mine, joined by another friend. What a great day!
