Speckled Wood

An early start with the gas boiler being serviced at 8am. All good with the boiler but a bigger problem with the heating/plumbing was revealed, engineer to visit on Friday. Rest of the morning spent trying to get the house straight, then, with an hour to myself this afternoon, went for the dreaded haircut (can’t remember when I last went!). On my way home came across this sunbathing butterfly. At one point it landed on my hand holding the camera.

Back home more chores: laundry, gardening etc etc. A day of sunny intervals reaching 21 degrees.
