Showers approaching

A nice morning with a lovely sunrise but way to early to go out and get a photo.
We had heavy showers over night and I now remember why I’m not that keen on petunias as they really do not like being wet. The paler ones are ok but the darker ones are dotted with raindrops.
We went over to Inverness to get our money back from M&S as they had charged as twice for a quiche.
Went to Merkinch for a quick look l These rain clouds were coming our way so we did not venture far.
Went to B&M for sunflower hearts and some suet nuggets and then picked David up from work.
Had a sneaky MacDonalds as David was starving and had not eaten all day.
Back home and we watched one off the new series of Star Trek. We really enjoyed it. It’s set before Captain Kirk but still has Spock and Uhura in it :)
