Demonstration

What a lovely day - pottered about in the morning then collected Becks from Gym and headed off to Castle Ashby where our Karate Association was having a picnic.
As we were granted free tickets we had to entertain the crowd!!
1st everyone did a "simple" formal exercise (Kata) including lots of young/lower grades.

I was involved in 2 major pieces a Sai/weapons kata with my local club seen in the blip and another with a 6th Dan instructor where myself and 4 others were forcefully thrown to the ground by various finishing techniques. Now my lovely white suit has grass stains.

After the show a picnic made by Liz the long suffering wife - weather was hot and sunny a fantastic day all round

Is summer finally here?? or have I just jinxed the world???
