Not a bad Monday today. My early start yesterday is catching up with me though and I couldn't be bothered to finish the ironing. Oh well! There is always tomorrow.

That is me completed one week of the 30 day shred. Not sure if I notice a difference yet...but I certainly feel better.

It's 6.55pm and Chris is putting Amelie down and Isaac is snooze feeding. I seem to be watching cbeebies...
