July Showers an Shine

A mixed day of sunshine, showers and that northerly wind. 

Up early, and headed out walkies after breakfast.  Popped by Madeline's for a cuppa.  Headed down the road, nipped by dad, then Laura's, where mam and Anne were.  Another 1pm start in the airport.  A mix of check-in desk and meeting and boarding flights.  Our last Aberdeen flight was delayed, a lot of hard work and we got the plane in and out before the airport shut.  Feet up now.

With the Jetstream currently still sitting south of us, this cold windy spell from the north is continuing to disrupt summer.  It was a brighter day, and warmer when in the lea, but far from the lovely weather we had in June.  Hopefully things will settle soon, the Tall Ships race arrives here next week!  Here's another shower about to hit.  Taken from Laura's, Blett Road, Cunningsburgh.
