Notes: Didn't wake until just after 9a (still only about 6 hrs sleep). Dad called shortly after, he and mom in the car. Slow morning. Got online to book a massage and was chatting w/ Bonnie on Signal ... she wanted to get the massage as my gift (very nice). Ryan called from Mic's car ~11a - they were all in DC driving to Great Falls. Shortly after Derek also called, we chatted for a bit and then Molly joined in. Went to the massage at 1p - they were all nice and she was great, gave me a little extra time for my bday. Traffic just opened for me as I came to each part. Water off much of the day as guys still working on pipes in another building and found another main leaking. When I returned from massage, water was on. Decided to walk to pool and relax for a bit, heard the guys talking on the way to maintenance guy Nestor that water had to be turned off again and it was when I returned shortly. Not easy to cook or clean up a kitchen with no running water - had a gallon backup jug that helped a bit. Made the wild salmon with fresh asparagus and surprised myself by opening the NA champagne I've had since I moved in. Just after 7p, check the AC as it wasn't getting cool and sure enough, it wasn't working. Nestor came over and looked - compressor running and thermostat fine, no water in the valve by the handler. Had to text prop mgr Arian (has been quite awhile) and he reached out to his guy ... who couldn't come right away - showed up 11p. Was 88 deg in here! He had to replace a capacitor, didn't take too long. Quite tired, rinsed off and went to bed.
