It's Raining, It's Pouring...

Another Summer day dawns damp and dreary in Lincoln. Rain is good, the reservoirs will be full, crops will be watered. But you can have too much of a good thing, you know...

I'd planned to take a walk up the hill to take some photos at the 1940's weekend, but just going across the road to take this shot had me soaked through. 

This afternoon I will go to visit my Dad. Hopefully it will dry up so I can walk there and back. We will record today's Challenge Cup semi final and watch when I get home. No sign of any play in the test match as yet. Good thing the World Cup football is taking place in Australia/New Zealand!

Minstrel is on my lap now so my plan to hoover has been foiled...
