Nostalgic & emtpied

Today a new era started as I returned to nursing the elderly and got started early hours and up till teatime; do need to get used to this new programme and pick up this working routine.

After working time I made a little stroll downtown and came across this bric à brac where I found this set of chairs around the table; so blipable.
And then downloading it came to mind that this setting expresses quite well the situation of them whom I also cared for today, suffering from Alzheimer and it's like they are still there but they're no longer here; such a pity to see people loose touch with reality.

Today's start at the ward & new job was pleasant, need to do some studies of guiding tourists too ... there're 2 topics at my plate this month.
