Fake cake

And a good job too. Because today I tried to do a 500 calorie day. Jeez it's tough. I could eat a scabby cat - except it would be too many calories.
I managed though, and am proud. I had a little wobble when I bought bread and milk from the supermarket but knowing I can have something nice tomorrow makes it a little easier!
