Butterfly Corner
Again. The ball field at Rhydyronen. The blackberries are ripening already but there are still a few flowers for the butterflies who were once again busy in the afternoon sunshine. Meg and I mooched there for an hour - plus some ball chasing on her part. Lots of Meadow Browns still busy, a couple of Commas, one fresh Speckled Wood plus whites and a very fresh Peacock which did not settle to have it's photo taken.
Happy to report that I am feeling much restored today, both in overall wellness and energy levels. Being back on food more interesting than toast helps too :-) Still a gentle day. A bit of time organising things in the greenhouse and some photo sorting plus the still obligatory sofa time, albeit without snoozing today.
Back to work tomorrow. First day of peak season on the railway.
