"WHAT A MAN"

Frank Rothwell, the oldest person to row the Atlantic solo. I had privilege of spending some time with him last night in Tarbert where he had rowed from Inverkip as part of his training for his next attempt in February.
An inspirational and lively 72 years old who raised £1.2m for Alzheimer's research on his first crossing. 
Extras of same. We gave him a friendly tow today round Ardlamont Point where he was battling a strong tide.
