Art Installation?

This afternoon, I visited both Upper Largo and Lower Largo because it was the end of their 'Arts Week' - exhibitions, open studios and more.

A friend of mine from Lower Largo was participating and had very successful sales.  Whilst in Lower Largo, I spotted this colourful street art - except it wasn't!  It turned out to be just the local tavern putting out his empties for return collection.  These days they come already artistically decorated, whether it is 'Arts Week' or not.
