Heron yoga

It's been a beautiful day in the park and I managed to enjoy my lunch hour sat on a bench enjoying the sunshine. I feel so very happy working in an environment surrounding by such stunning views. Although I didn't manage to fall asleep until 3am this morning I felt fine today and got through a lot. I also managed a short run after work and gave the apartment a tidy.
