Our adventure has begun, starting with two nights in Delhi. So excited to be here, although having what seems like around twenty people looking after your every need at all times is a little hard to get used to.

The bar of our hotel is, allegedly, where Jawaharlal Nehru, Mahatma Gandhi, Mohammad Jinnah and Lord Mountbatten had met to discuss the partitioning of India, which led to Pakistan becoming an independent state. I doubt it’s changed much since then, although it’s got Wi-Fi now!
