Collage

I thought I'd better do a couple flower collages because I don't know what will still be blooming when I get back from Wyoming. In the main there is a pink Zinnia, Rose Campion, Rudbeckia, Drumstick Allium, and another Zinnia which should be orange but doesn't show it.
The extra shows the spiky verbascum that the bees just can't get enough of. I love coming down in the morning and just reveling in the loud sound of buzzing bees. Then there is either a corn or a Shirley poppy which is a volunteer this year, a day lily and an echinacea.

I had been having a little gum pain and the dentist squeezed me in today for a look. The pain had mostly subsided but I went anyway. Good thing because I had a cavity in the back molar... DANG IT! He had a cancellation and so he got it taken care of. Otherwise it would have been 3-4 months until it could have been taken care of and for sure then it would have infected my tooth root. So fingers crossed it was caught early enough that my tooth will be okay. And I can go on vacation feeling better.
One more day of scrambling to get everything taken care of here and writing lists for Dan so he can keep the critters fed and my flowers and veggies watered.
