Alpe Monzabon

This was our last full day here. We took the cable car to the top of Rufikopf. And from there walked down to the Monzabonsee lake. (See extra)

We then continued down through beautiful pastures and as always stunning scenery to the village of Zurs. This village is largely deserted during the summer and only comes to life in the ski season. 

We stopped off for a quick coffee at the Alpe Monzabon en route.

Our constant companions were the day flying chimney sweeper moths. Every time you sat down they came to rest on you, probably taking the minerals from our skins.

We caught the bus back to Lech. As always, a lovely walk with stunning views.
