Plum and strawberry jam

I had a little jam making session this morning, then we went to Howe Ridding in the hope of getting a butterfly transect in. The weather was just about acceptable and we saw a few , one dark green fritillary. They have had the worst year ever I’m afraid.
A little shower of rain finished us off!
Rob didn’t find his Rosy Marsh Moth last night but he will try again.
I made a delicious salmon and spinach quiche for supper! I may do those for the market for a change.
